Duties:
- Ensure that the gym delivers a consistent, high quality experience for kids and parents in all activities.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with parents.
- Responsible for overall gym profitability and growth.
- Consistently enforce all gym policies.
- Promote the program—on-site, over the phone, and in the community—to current and prospective customers.
- Responsible for overall gym maintenance and cleanliness.
- Recruit, train and lead the gym staff in the duties necessary to fulfill the above responsibilities.
Skills/Qualifications required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to engage appropriately with children from 3 months to 13 years of age.
- Ability to build and lead a team.
- Ability to receive and give constructive feedback to team members.
- Effective at conflict resolution.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs).
- Basic understanding of small business operations.
- A flexible schedule that allows working on weekends as well as any day of the week.

LEAD TEACHER
Duties:
- Conduct safe, fun and effective classes and birthday parties consistent with the My Gym philosophy and programming.
- Coach and train Assistant Teachers to perform the duties needed to deliver quality classes and birthday parties.
- Perform all duties required to maintain the safety and cleanliness standards set by the director and owner.
- Promote the program—on-site, over the phone, and in the community—to current and prospective customers.
- Accurately handle and record all revenue transactions with My Gym customers and perform all administrative duties as assigned by the Director.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to engage appropriately with children from 3 months to 13 years of age.
- Ability to receive and give constructive feedback to team members.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs).
- A flexible schedule that allows working on weekends and attendance at the Friday afternoon staff meeting is required.

ASSISTANT TEACHER
Duties:
- Support the Lead Teacher in delivering safe, fun and effective classes and birthday parties.
- Specific duties include: echoing and encouraging child participation in a constructive manner; prompt supply of equipment; timely queuing of music; and performing elements of the class or party as directed by the Lead Teacher.
- Perform all duties required to maintain the safety and cleanliness standards set by the director and owner.
- Promote the program to parents during class and visitors to the gym.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to engage appropriately with children from 3 months to 13 years of age.
- Ability to receive and give constructive feedback to team members.
- A flexible schedule that allows working on weekends and attendance at the Friday afternoon staff meeting is required.
